I had a return. I had managed to lose my receipts and the ladies were do helpful in doing everything they could to make sure I was given the correct dollar amount for the purchase. Patience was an absolute virtue for the sales staff. I for one will return in the future. Thank you ladies in the San Marcos, CA store.

Beautiful store and setting. Staff unfriendly and unwelcoming and unprepared and under trained. There were only 2 staff members and no name tags. Love Lane Bryant not a good representation of the brand.

All the employees were nice and friendly except for one white woman with blonde short hair who kept following me and my mother around the store. She constantly asked only us if we needed help. She did not try to help other people. Wherever we moved she was there. And she didnt look like she worked there. She ruined my experience at this store and made me not want to come back.
