They locked my P.O. Box twice after paying for a whole year for non payment according to them.The front desk very rude customer service defensive about the payment until I spoke with the manager she was super friendly and was able to help me find out what had happened with the payment update. Nice office needs to work on the customer service.

I usually just come in to drop off packages quick and easy so I have a good experience in that case. If Im needing to talk to them for a receipt its a meh experience. You can tell they just want to get the hell out of there. I recently went during closing hours and the lady from the back practically snatched my package from my hand to get the line moving. And I get it. Those types of jobs can suck but why be so bitter or rude to people who are looking to leave just as much as you are. Always be kind. Its not that hard. This place needs better management, its no wonder the reviews are so bad.

It depends on the post office in your area. At the Jurupa Valley Post Office, Riverside (also known as Rubidoux Station), you can access it at 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday thru Saturday. Closed on Sunday. Operating hours for postal services are: M - F, 9:00 am to 5:00pm. Sat, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Sun, Closed.
