Loses packages left and right, has a million excuses for why, promises to follow up.. does not. I was to be delivered a certified piece of mail requiring signature, they lost it for over a week.. no one had any idea where it was. Showed up in my mailbox, with no signature a week later.

I don't know if it's because they are low on employees/drivers but every time I'm expecting a package from this location It's always late/behind etc. during the holidays the USPS says it's because the Holidays are slow but what's the reason on non holidays? My packages say "arriving by 9:00 pm" and once it reaches 7:00 pm I already know I'm not getting it. nothing is updated on time and it's ridiculous. about a year ago our mailman left a message stating that "he tried to attempt delivery" for my item and that left me confused because what exactly or how did he "try to attempt to deliver my package" when the item wasn't big, it was able to fit in the mailbox. the driveway was open, no dogs and nothing, absolutley nothing was blocking him from delivering my package, he did deliver the mail so what was the problem? I called the location and the manager said he couldn't understand why the mailman couldn't deliver my package if he was able to deliver the mail without a problem. next day the same problem. on the 3rd day I finally received my wallet that was able to fit in my mailbox. I don't understand what the issue/problem was trying to deliver a simple wallet. maybe laziness?? I don't know.

This is a poor job done by this facility as a whole. The mail sorting and delivery has been a problem for the past 12 years. I’ve never had such problems with getting my mail. I also receive my neighbor’s mail on a regular basis. What are they getting paid for if the job isn’t done correctly? I’ve reported these issue to them and the postal carrier and it has continued.

I've visited done business at this Post Office for many years (a few hundred times by now) and everyone is great. From what I notice through the years though is that they treat you the same way you treat them. Many times I'll be standing in line waiting for them to treat another customer before me and if that person is reasonable and keeps their cool they will be accommodating and more than helpful to resolve any issue or situation a customer will have, but if a person is coming at them with an attitude over some petty issue they'll suffer them for awhile, but after awhile they'll be less than helpful. The key thing is follow the golden rule...treat USPS workers the way you wish to be treated and you should have a great experience at this Mira Loma Post Office.
