Great chill atmosphere, refreshing drinks and tasty food! The service was fantastic and then did came out so quickly. Had the punch and tranquilizer which were both fruity and delicious. Parking is across the street.

Food was good. Wish they more of a selection of non-seafood items. The view definitely makes up for the menu, though. It was a beautiful day, and our server was fabulous. More of a low-key, hidden gem. Roll out some more apps and this could be an all day hang out!

We found Splash in February of 2020 while searching for a location to host a celebration of life for my husband. We wanted to celebrate him in Topsail, a place we had happy vacation memories and extended family. When we walked into Splash we knew it was the spot for our celebration. Then we met Toni Haight and felt an instant connection that reassured us we were in caring hands. We discussed dates and menus and thought all was settled. Then the pandemic forced the world to stay home. We planned the event three times due to changing restrictions for social gatherings in public settings. We were finally able to hold our event in June of 2021. Toni and her team were attentive to every detail. The food was outstanding and the staff took great care of our friends and family. We visited and ate at Splash several times while planning our event. We were always pleased with our meals. I highly recommend the red pepper crab bisque. If you need an event venue in the Topsail area take a look at Splash. Great food, outstanding service, and ocean front patio make it an ideal location.

This place is the best! Delicious food, beautiful view, wonderful staff! About a week ago, my wife Sandy and I, on a whim stopped in to have an early dinner… (possibly an IPA too😉) …and we were thoroughly impressed. This public restaurant is tucked into a group of beautiful privately owned condos directly on the beach. We enjoyed amazing food while looking over a gorgeous view and the staff was some of the most professional and responsive wait staff we have had in years. We will definitely return and bring friends.
