Unbelievable poor quality. Materials are ultra cheap and the “workmanship” is a joke. Efforts to reach Champion by email are unsuccessful, they never respond. They are currently in breach of warranty as items on my house that were identified as needing fixed when we moved in 2 years ago are still not fixed. Now the fascia and gutters have completely fallen off one side of the house. Pathetic. I guess it time for a less than flattering social media campaign.

I had my home built by Champion in 2017, I immediately noticed that there were issues with their roof and notated leaking on my warranty walkthrough. I again reported roof leaking to them early 2018. I now have mold coming through my ceiling, every report I made to them they gave me some excuses to why it's fine without actually looking at my roof. I just had to call an independent roofing company to my home because I have black mold coming in through my ceiling.... Apparently Champion Homes completely installed the roof wrong, and I'm now being told that their builder defect is not covered under my warranty and had to pay $14,000 for a new roof. My home is less than 5 years old The shingles had zero damage, it all had to do with the way Champion Homes installed the underlayment. I'm being met with zero response to any email and any requests I make. They refuse to acknowledge that this was a builder defect, despite the evidence provided. I'm being forced to get an attorney to recoup the damages from their poor quality work.
