Horrible to say the least. As a retail worker myself in this Same mall I am always understanding of other retail stores and policy knowledge; However, this experience with Charlotte Russe was so beyond okay that I HAD to write a review in regard to my horrible experience. I’m not going to type a ranting paragraph from A-Z about how they could’ve gave better service, I’m simply going to say that they’re return/exchange policy is TRASH!!! I went in there multiple times for the 3 days I was working my shifts upstairs, trying to find the right pair of shorts for this weekend (Memorial Day), I had good conversations with the staff, even waited patiently while a manager trained a new employee on exchanges, all good vibes and energy. Being that the fitting rooms are not open, that day I had to take my merchandise home and try everything on. When I did so I realized that the zipper to a pair of my shorts was broken ALREADY. Super bummer because they’re the really cute festival shorts that are currently half off the marked price. Since I worked again today, on my lunch I went down to exchange them for another pair. That’s when I was rudely informed that since the shorts left the store they could not be exchanged since they are technically damaged. This blew my mind! Mainly because I had been in there LITERALLY yesterday and was NOT informed of that when I had done my previous exchange. If I had tried them on in the store and the zipper was broke already it seems that would have made the difference. The question arises HOW would I KNOW that the merch is damaged if I’m not ABLE to try them on in the store? Seems like a money leeching setup in hindsight My experience today was undeniably revolting and put a sour taste in my mouth from the experience. Because of this I have sworn off going into another Charlotte Russe ever again, I’d suggest you to beware when you shop there as well.

Always had and I believe always will have a great selection of clothing, shoes and accessories. The pricing is a little high for my liking and it seems a lot of locations have closed down but nonetheless I still enjoy shopping here.

This place was disgusting from the outside. The windows were caked in all sorts of crud that I dare not touch. There were smudges and smears all over and some kind of nastiness. I also noticed that we were to stay two metRES apart. This store is not sophisticated enough to use metERS, much less metRES. Stick with the feet and inches Charlotte Russe.

Holiday season, so the store looked well shopped. However, they still possessed a large selection of women's apparel from which to choose. I will have come back after the season and have a better look around.
