Our house in Kure Beach was lovely! It was as described and we had a great time! AC worked overtime, plenty of parking, and a great view! Jonathan was super helpful throughout the process and we will book again!

We rented a room through the ubiquitous Island Realty in early October. The resort is a very nice facility, although the restaurant, which we did not try, looks a little on the spend side. We opted to eat in the room or Surf City or Snead's Ferry. The highlight of the place, other than the beach, of course, is the swimming pool. While it's not marked as a lap pool, I could see doing some very nice actual swimming, with room to actually swim instead of just cramped splashing around. The beach in front of the hotel is fine, (as of October 17) with about 20 yards of sand at high tide. Overall, it's a very nice place if you want something more than a hotel, but not a full beach house.

Have been coming here for over 15 years. Past stays great but this year they seem to have decided to not clean the pool daily creating a sandy oily mess. Afraid to get in the pool. For the cost of staying here you think they would at least be able to pay someone to clean it. As long as you don't want to swim nice place.

We had the privilege of staying at 318a for the past two years and very much enjoyed the condo. It was well updated and the view of the ocean allowed for a relaxing week. The grounds are well cared for and clean. Plenty of pools, played some tennis and the new restaurant, Inlet 790 (I think) was our best dining experience for the week (both times we ate there). We look forward to many more years at Villa Capriani.

Questions & Answers

Do you have rental availability from 10/5-10/9?

I can't speak for the owners of that unit, but as of right now, no one is being permitted to stay anywhere in our complex. Additionally, my understanding is that vacation rentals on the entire island are suspended until further notice. The beaches are closed. Most of the dunes are gone and many properties are simply uninhabitable, at this point. Lots of clean up and rebuilding to be done.

When did they change the name from Villa Capriani???

Hello. We own a unit at the Villas. Service animals are covered by the ADA for public establishments, but not for rentals by private entities. The HOA has a rule against guests with pets, but that does not apply to owners. Your best bet is to reach out to the owner or realty agency and let them know you have a service animal. Exceptions can always be made.
