Called in about a router problem, the personnel who answered was extremely patient and helpful. She was secure with the account information and doubled checked to make sure all the services they provided were working. The internet has been flawless as long as I’ve been using it. Haven't experienced their field technicians, no comment there. I do not like how you’re forced to have phone service with an internet subscription. I wish all customer service was handled like the folks answering the Roslyn phones.

Hello Jeri, Thank you for your message regarding NBC. Inland Networks (a/k/a R & R Cable Company) has been in contract negotiations with KHQ, the parent for KNDO/Yakima and SWX/Yakima, for several months. However Inland Networks was not able to come to an agreement since we do not believe that the rate increase that KHQ is proposing, as well as the language within the agreement, is fair and reasonable. In regards to NBC/KING 5 Seattle. According to the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) rules and regulations, R & R Cable Company is considered to be in the Yakima-Pasco-Richland-Kennewick designated market Area (DMA). Pursuant to FCC rules and regulations, Title 47, Part 76, the network located within the DMA has network non-duplication rights and can and has issued a notice of non-duplication. Why is channel 54.3 (ABC) so intermittent? Seems it is not streaming very well.

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding your TV service. Channel 54.3 is not an actual channel, but is an unencrypted feed that your TV was able to pick up during the auto scan. ABC is on Channel 8 and 208 which is part of our Basic channel lineup. If you are still having issues with your channels, please give us a call at (509) 649-2211.
