This happened a few years ago, but I still think about how awful this experience was. My sister and I scheduled with Tiffany weeks in advance for a small, matching sentimental tattoo. A tattoo that would take 5 mins. On the day of, we show up for our appointment time and Tiffany says “oh I’m working on someone else, it’s going to be at least three more hours” …. Ok. So we leave and come back in three hours and she’s still not done. Not one apology, no offering to reschedule, didn’t let us know in advance that she booked over our appointment time and had to reschedule. She made it clear that she did not care about us although we were being nothing but patient and kind to her when she was the one in the wrong. We sit there for another two hours. At this point we should have left, but since we had to put down a deposit in advance (for an appointment that wasn’t even honored) we couldn’t leave. She finally finishes the other person and then she starts chatting with co-workers, other clients, hanging out, literally ignoring us. We were so confused. She finally gets to doing our tattoos, but I am so anxious at this point by how rude she is that I’m feeling extremely uncomfortable and I’m unable to vocalize what I want. We understood that it was just a small tattoo, but it meant a lot to my sister and I, and the fact we didn’t even feel comfortable with the rude person doing our tattoo ruined the experience. The tattoo turned out fine, but when I look at it, I still think about this negative experience. We still tipped her because we were anxious and didn’t know what to do, and I look back at that and kick myself. She wasted our whole day and was treating us so cruelly for no reason. I still don’t understand it.

Went in for a Friday the 13th tattoo with Tiffany who did an absolutely amazing job. The shop was busy but she took the time to discuss the color and shape of the tattoo and made sure I was satisfied before tattooing. The shop itself is so pleasing to the eye with Halloween aesthetics and goth furniture. Totally coming back sometime soon for more.

I am blown away by how professional the owner is with the clients. From the start, you are directed to review shop policy and provide documentation via an app. Again when in the shop. Hygiene is of the utmost importance down to arm shields, gloves, glasses and aprons. The artist takes the time to speak with the customer to understand the vision of the tatoo. You even get aftercare instructions emailed to you so you know how to care for your body art. I had visited other shops and told me that I would have to do severely bold lines and watercolor was something that would have to be done by an artist that specializes in it. I found this shop on Yelp and fell in love with the designs I saw. The reviews are pretty stellar and so I set myself up. The conversation I had with Tiffany blew me away at just how much she has had to preserve during her life as a tattoo artist. Will definitely come back if I ever decide on another tatoo. Best of luck.
