Sears Appliance Repair fixed my problem in a timely manner. There was no need to wait for parts as they had all of the tools and parts with them. I did bring their attention to an additional issue and they were able to order parts for that item and will come back to repair it. I highly recommend them.

I've had service under warranty twice, and both times it took 9 days to schedule get scheduled service. When your refrigerator is out, that's an unconscionable amount of time to live off store bought ice and coolers, not to talk about all the food lost.
