I order almost every day in this McDonald's and today i order a large caramel frappe extra caramel, two cheese Burger, one dbl Qtr with cheese And I received a large caramel frappe with no extra caramel....

This is one of the better McDonald's in town, although I haven't had any major problems with any of the McDonald's in Jacksonville. The interior looks a lot nicer at this one than the other locations. The staff has always been friendly, and are usually accurate with the orders. The two times they did forget an item, they fixed the problem quickly and without any hassle at all. Both times this happened was during the early afternoon, and it was very busy.Even the folks at the late-late night drive thru are nice. I really like that the lobby stays open until 23:00. Regardless of what time, or how busy it is, they have always been pretty quick getting the orders out. This and a couple of the other McDonald's are probably the only place in Jacksonville that can really be considered fast food. Parking is no problem here at all. It's a good size lot around the building, and if for some reason it was full there, it's connected to the Lowe's Food parking lot right behind the McDonald's. The food tastes like typical McDonald's food. They also use Doordash if you want delivery.

This is the closest mcdonalds to me, and I am on a night shift schedule. The food is alright, it's mcdonalds so it can only be so good really. However in the late hours of the night when I'm the only one in the line I shouldn't spend 30 minutes waiting for my food. which would be understandable if they were doing night times duties but the employees are literally just sitting there talking and not taking orders and making food till they feel like it.

The food wasn't bad just a little heavy on the sauce. I ate in the parking lot and when I was finished I went inside to use the bathroom feeling like I was being followed. There were no staff in the lobby when I walked in but, while I was in the bathroom washing my hands the sink doesn't dispense water unless you hold down the know with one hand, the soap dispenser was broken with a bottle of soap open and the sink was pretty dirty. I was then greeted in the bathroom by an employee inside the bathroom, went outside and then it was like the whole staff migrated to the lobby. There were like 6 including what looked like a larger male manager. Coincidence? Maybe, uncomfortable? Absolutely...other than that I didn't have an issue until I went inside.
