17 minute wait to place an order inside to eat in. Dining room dirty, tables not clean. Condiment drink counter dirty, no ketchup dispensers out. Inside trash full. Had to look to find a table which was not dirty. Boy I miss when Wendy's cared about providing a good meal in a clean, well stocked, welcoming environment.

Wendy’s was well known for having the best salads out of the other fast food chains. Now the salads looks like side salads at the cost of a full salad. This is very upsetting and can be the cause of losing a lot of customers.

Food is usually good, this morning I got 4 breakfast sandwiches. It looked like a hamster tried to fold the sandwich paper, all the sandwich paper was open in the bag and all of the sandwiches were cold, none of the cheese was even melted, eggs were cold. The worse Wendy’s experience I have had this far.

Drive thru experience today: food was great, order was filled correctly, customer service sucked! The woman who took our order sounded miserable. You would've thought she had a natural vendetta against us and that our families had been feuding for years. (Obviously exaggerated) But honestly, the attitude she served up was unnecessary. Do better!
