I used a delivery service (Door dash) and when my order was delivered 5 guys had all my food sealed and airtight in containers and bags. I felt safe and comfortable eating there food. The restaurant makes it to where you can tell if anyone has opened your bags etc. As far as going inside I'm unsure but I do know they were mask open to close and sanitize regularly. I hope this helps a little.
