Poor customer service. Difficult to understand. Cannot get through to a local representative to help with service related issues. ***Update*** I was promised a return call in 5 minutes. I never received a call. It took well over 2 hours to finally speak to someone that could help me and I had to call back to follow up. Luckily, the person I spoke with was kind, courteous and helpful. I will update again after their next visit if they fix the issue. We have been using their services for many years on the same property and only started having problems this year with ants, spiders, flies etc.

Max was my tech and I am so pleased. He was very professional, did a great job and is just a wonderful person. I will definitely use their service again if I can keep Max as my tech. We have been using Pro Pacific Pest Control for several years. We have been very happy with the service. The technicians have been great and are always willing to answer questions and do extra request pest control services.

I have used ProPacific for 2 years. Their pricing is reasonable and I like the text messaging advising of when they will be at my property as well as the ability to pay online and see the inspection reports online too. I have had consistently good, professional service for gophers and squirrels and recently added ant service as the ants in our area seem to be on steroids ha ha I recommend ProPacific
