I will not be using turners any more! One would expect to walk in and punches a fire arm and begin the back round check. They neglected to post any sign’s stating they don’t have any inventory in the actual store. And you will need to wait an additional 2 weeks on top of the original. 2 week background check. What a wast of time

Cheapest .38 they have is the rock island that's based off an old J-frame Smith and Wesson. They do have Taurus revolvers in .38 and .357 magnum but you'd most likely have to order them.

I would check with Springfield first, then check to make sure it's on the approved list for CA
You need a Firearm Safety Certificate in addition to the above. You can take the test at Turners.
1. Take and pass the test to obtain your Firearms Safety Certificate. (Can be done in the store) 2. Fill out the required ATF background check and CA DROS forms. (Turners will fill them out for you) be sure to bring 2 forms of ID. (You only need 2 for handguns but turners often asks for any firearm) 3. Pay 4. Wait 10 days. If you have any wory you may not be "eligible to purchase a firearm" you can preventativly file PFEC Personal Firearm Eligibility Check and get a definate yes no answer.
