I stop here about 2 ton3 times a week for breakfast. I generally get the same thing. 2 for $5.00 breakfast sandwiches. For the last month Every sandwich I have bitten into has egg shell on it!!!! As well as the muffins either being stale or burnt. This use to be a good stop now it sucks. If it was a one time thing I would not be writing this. Quality.control is obviously gone. Pride in the product I think also has left. You guys need to get your shot together. If I Break a tooth on an eggshell you are getting the bill. I would strongly recommend not stopping here. Go down 2 more exits and use the other McDonald's. I worked fast food. I did breakfast and this would not have been okay. It's either management, the cook or owner or all the above. Someone else needs to be accountable....

Do you even care about what the customer asks for? Do you just laugh and do whatever you feel like doing? I asked simply to make my McMuffin well toasted and with mayonnaise. It is barely toasted at all and you put catsup in the bag. Horrible service!!!@

This McDonald's is cheaping out on quality. My husband and I traveled over the last week and because of convenience, ate at McDonald's a few times during our trip, in various locations. My husband loves the filet o fish sandwich and loved it every time he had it while traveling. I typically get a quarter pounder or some chicken nuggets to share with our toddler. Tonight, we were having a craving so we went to this McDonald's, which is close to our home, and both ordered a filet o fish and got some chicken nuggets for our daughter. We were very disappointed with the sandwiches and even the nuggets weren't very good. The fish filets were tiny. Like maybe 3/5 of the size of the ones we had on our trip, at multiple different McDonald's, both in standalone stores and also two airports within the US (one was SNA) and there was a tiny, pathetic piece of cheese, practically no sauce at all. Overall, both of us had a tiny, shrunken, dry sandwich in our filet o fish boxes. It was clear that this McDonald's is cutting costs and letting their customers suffer because of it. We will definitely not be returning here. We were not eating out much before our trip and usually only ever got In n Out, but because of the trip we just got back from, we were craving that specific sandwich but were really disappointed.
