We had a great experience at this particular location. The popcorn was freshly cooked and thoroughly buttered, the staff was diligent and very helpful. They made sure the orders were correct even when pressed by customers to cut corners. The theater viewing areas were immaculate, too. I like that. I like it a lot. We'll be back the next time we want to watch a movie in the Garner area. Get your tickets early if you want to attend a show, though! They go, quickly!

Despite being the opening weekend for Top Gun and a packed parking lot, there was essentially no lines when we arrived for our showing of The Lost City. The theater was clean, the service pretty quick and friendly. One of the butter dispensers was either empty or broken. We had water since they switched to Pepsi products some time back. Didn't see my wife's preferred snow caps, perhaps another candy stand had them. It was nice to get out of the house for a few hours.

Decent theater that offers regular and 3d movies. Regal White Oak was selling tickets at the concession stands and, when we went the lines were long and moved slowly.

Terrible!!! Waited 44 min in line to get tickets and popcorn mine line had 9 people in front of me they where out of large cups most candy. Place is sticking and filthy. There is management whatsoever. I'm sorry your dirty suit jacket doesn't mean you are managing anything. I would give less that 1star if I could. If you own this theater and are reading this then this is your warning. You need to act fast theater's are already dieing. Fix this place or you will soon just be another has been.
