I came here because my battery wasn't acting right. I talked to "D" and she was super nice and awesome! She tested out my battery, helped me choose a new one, and even helped out a lot when it came to switching out the battery! Thanks a lot D for helping me out and being awesome while still acting professional! I definitely saved a bunch of money and I will definitely be coming here again. Thanks!

I cannot say enough great things about Junior! He helped me fix a major problem with my car quickly, kindly, and took the time to educate me as well. As a young woman, I usually feel condescended or taken advantage of at car shops, but Junior was nothing but kind and helpful! He went above and beyond, and I will now be coming to this location for all my car needs!!

I frequently go to this location for my car needs and had a late night emergency with my wife's car battery which had died. I arrived at the store at 9:52. I did realize that the store closes at 10 pm, but I was hoping due to the emergency I would be able to just grab a battery and take it home and put it in myself. Again, I wasn't even looking for them to swap out the battery, I simply wanted to purchase one and be on my way. However, I never got the opportunity as the gentlemen inside locked the door as I was approaching. I asked what time they closed, and he yelled through the door that they are counting down now. I shook my head in disbelief that he wouldn't even give me the courtesy to see what I needed, especially since it was not quite 10. Due to the state of my wife's battery, I then had to jump the car in the parking lot to try and get it to start. As I am out there trying to jump the car, one of the guys yelled something out, I believe to let me in the store, but due to the horrible treatment I declined. I have multiple cars and have always chosen this autozone. However, due to total lack of customer service and compassion shown by the individuals tonight, I will never patronize this establishment again. I will also tell everyone that I know to not go to this specific autozone due to the complete lack of customer service. I hope next time the individuals working late will either close at the scheduled time of 10 or at least give the customer the courtesy of seeing if there is anything they can do to help, especially if they arrived before 10. Very disappointed in the 2 guys working tonight.
