Just not a lot of variety any more. They have gone from cater to pretty much all groups and sizes to one class and one size. Since Sephora was added the already small isles got even smaller. Can’t really navigate their small carts through there very well. Floor personnel is pretty much non existent and they STILL have not reopened the fitting rooms. Of coarse they welcome your returns but for someone that doesn’t live locally to a kohls that’s a huge inconvenience. Depending on the day it takes us anywhere from 30-45 minutes to make that trip to kohls therefor it would be nice if our growing teens could try things on before we buy them and get home for them to fit either too large or too small. Germs do not just exist in fitting rooms it’s time to open those fitting rooms. The cashiers today were also extremely rude. They had one at each door and one at the customer service center( she was fairly friendly) Not enough for a busy day and kohls does get extremely busy.

Kohls is definitely having issues with stock. Lots of items with one of a size or none at all. And the website is even worse.

I didn't buy anything. My coupon expired on Saturday. Today was Sunday. I wanted a toy for my special ed class. Will wait for any opportunity for a discount.
