The associate in the store was great, the 1 star is for delivery. He left $1000 worth of furniture at my door when I told him I was on the way and then I had to get the stuff inside by myself.

DO NOT GO TOO THIS STORE IF YOUR COPIES ARE NEEDED ASAP. THIS STORE WILL DEFINITELY CAUSE YOUR LIFE PAIN AND SUFFERING!!!!Do not even bother to visit this store. The self service copy machines have been broken down for over 2 years. Office Depot...if you can't afford to to replace them. Then do the customer justice. Stop advertising that you have self service COPYING SERVICES. AND.... because of your false advertisement you cause people to waste their gas and their time. Don't even respond saying that you can go to the copy desk cause then you have to argue with your staff for the self service cost.

Used to work at the Apex store, that had a competent printing department. This store does not take electronics via FedEx, every other store does. Rude printing employees. Don’t come if you’re trying to ship.

In general everyone’s very friendly. But there is one gentleman that works at the FedEx desk that likes to give people a hard time just because it pleases him in his day. Oddly I was asked what was in my box. And when I gave him an answer he started looking frantically through a booklet of prohibited items that they’re not supposed to ship evidently. This gentleman has been rude to me on more than one occasion and this wasn’t the first time. He was just in the mood to mess with people just more than usual that day. I have been doing eBay transactions for many years and shipping through many services. And never have I encountered this problem in almost 8 years of doing this. And I hate to call it but there seems to be a little bit of reverse discrimination going on there too on his behalf. Just visit it won’t take much for you to understand who I’m talking about.
