If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I came bringing quite a few boxes of donation items which are of brand new quality. When we got there we were told they don’t take donations until noon it was 1134. The individual who told us this was loading the boxes that were left on the curb into a bin. So not only are you denying free items but you are loading donations at that time and turned away a customer who will never donate there again. I wouldn’t be so frustrated however you were loading donations left on the curb and turned away someone when it would have taken all of two - three minutes to have us put these items in your bin as well. Very poor customer service

Super unimpressed with this location. The customer service is severely lacking in the donation department. I have donated twice now and have been yelled at both times by the same donation worker in the back. The first time I was trying to donate an art set and she turned me away because "we don't take loose pens" which they weren't??? I was taken aback by her raising her voice at me but then saw her do it to another donator as well. I decided to try and donate again and the second time was worst than the first. The second time no one came to the donation bins until we had already been transferring stuff from our bins to theirs and she screamed at us for not separating them correctly and physically made us separate them out (which I wouldn't mind had there not been a huge attitude involved on her part). There were no signs nor was anyone out there to direct us until we had already put them in the wrong bins. If you are not going to man the donation door and direct people to which bin is for what then put up signs! I dont know if I will donate to this location again after this experience especially after she touched my friend without her permission because my friend was leaning down to grab more donations and the worker thought she was ignoring her...it was bizarre (when my friend stood up the lady shoved a book in her face and said "we DONT take this!!!" Store Manager may want to do some customer service training with back end employees.
