I almost gave up on McDonald's. A young man named Cameron went above and beyond! He got my son to come down after having a fit. Thank you, Cameron! The managers seemed like an excellent manager. He delivered our food. If he has good employees like Cameron, he's probably doing something right. The food was cooked exactly the way it should be at McDonald's. Thank you, Cameron!

This place continues to spiral down. Half of the staff are improperly dressed (hygienic) and wandering around aimlessly avoiding work while customers wait endlessly. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting with no paper towels or waterless hand cleanser. No leadership on site to address issues... or, like the staff, just don't care. I won't be back.

I just got my food from doordash and i ordered a hot chocolate. i’m sorry but what in the world did i get??? i took a sip and it tasted so horrible. I poured the drink into a seperate container and it looked like vomit. Never ordering from this location again

Three or four cars went through in one lane while the other lane wasn’t moving at all at the drive through. Interrupted excessively while giving my order, then told to pull forward (at the side door) for them to bring my order out. No one gave us our drinks before being told to pull forward and the person that brought the food out didn’t bring drinks. I explained that we were missing our drinks and she looked confused, took my receipt and went back inside. Someone else came out with our drinks but we were still missing a bottle of water. I explained to the staff member that we were missing a bottle of water and she said, “I don’t know if you paid for it, I’m just doing what I was told.” I told her that I understood that, but I did pay for it and I was still missing it, to which she threw her hands up and walked away and again stated “I don’t know if you paid for it.” As she walked away, I asked if she was refusing to bring my drink out and went inside behind her. After going inside, NO ONE knew what was going on, they were making me four more drinks and said they were about to bring them out. I asked who I needed to speak to regarding the staff member questioning whether or not I paid for a water and refusing to bring it out, and they all just stared at me. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, and I have three kids, so that’s a lot! Will not return to this location. Who’s in charge here?
