I been to a lot of dance studios near where I live and they all disappointed me. I thought when I would try inspire out my daughter would be scared and would be hard to make new friends. As soon as we walked everyone from the receptionist to the students was friendly. The teachers gave me wonderful feedback and had kind words for my daughter. I have to say we have found my daughter dance home.

My daughter loves coming to dance class. She has been with Inspire Dance for over a year now and has so much fun and the staff is so great. She dances with Miss Mara and has so much fun. Miss Mara is so great with my 3 year old. She teaches the class ballet but also has fun/silly dances for them. She keeps the littles entertained. My daughter knows the different positions in ballet and comes home to show me all of them. Sophie is also a wonderful help every time we need it. She always has a smile and a welcoming approach. So happy with Inspire Dance!

LOVE, Love, Love this studio!!! IDC goes beyond the expectation in developing the needs of both recreational & competition dancers. My two girls have danced here recreationally for 4 years before signing on as competition dancers. I found that every time I picked up my girls from a class, it was as if they'd been showered in joy, grace, & love. They'd come out of class happy and wanting to give me hugs and tell me about what they'd learned. This speaks volumes as they are ages 9 and 13. MAIN Pros: Amazing Instructors, Accepting & Positive Environment, Inspiring Space, Clean & Adequate Restrooms (& Sitting Areas), Allocated Space for Dancers to do Homework/etc., Most Affordable (in comparison to similar studios), Vending for Water available, Supportive Administrative staff that works with you if a need should arise.... the only downside is that parking can be challenging - just prepare yourself ahead of time to be patient as you drop off/pick up your kids and that will eliminate this issue. INSTRUCTORS: I cannot say enough wonderful things about the instructors here. They are incredibly passionate about what they do & they invest heavily in building these kids up. Their classes are always fun and they engage their students in a way that is both fun and challenging. I don't know that my girls have ever come home feeling defeated or sad - these instructors have a way of communicating feedback in a positive manner. And it's not that their expectations are low - because both of my girls have grown immensely over their time at IDC. I can honestly say that a few of these instructors have hands down, changed my older daughter's life for the better. She was terribly shy (in all areas of her life) coming in to this studio, and the teachers here have helped her to believe in herself and I've seen that confidence translate into other areas of her life such as academics and music. A PLACE TO FEEL "At Home": This is a "home" for dancers, a place where they feel like they are accepted for who they are. The 2018/2019 competition year will be my girls' second year competing, however they felt at home even when they weren't on the competition team. The instructors do not discriminate and they invest in ALL the dancers wholeheartedly. My friend sends her 14 yr. old daughter here recreationally for 3-4 classes, and she too speaks about IDC as a place that she feels at home and fully accepted. GROUP COMRADERY: The dancers here get a long. Which - in this world, I know is a rarity. IDC Dancers encourage and support each other in classes and rehearsals. You'll often see them smiling and cheering for each other - just in class, it's such a beautiful thing to see. COMPETITION: My girls are now entering the 2nd year on the competition and I cannot express how much this experience has changed their lives for the better. They not only grew as dancers, but they grew in confidence, responsibility, and hustle. It's amazing that the competition team can teach these things to children without them realizing it. My girls learned to juggle 20+ classes each, they memorize their schedule - not me. They have learned to prepare their dance bags before school and are responsible in having everything they need. Never in a million years would I have expected my older daughter to want to participate in competition dance, however after her first year on comp - she kept hinting that she may like to do a solo the following year. A solo!? To be out on stage in front of tons of people, completely vulnerable!? It made me stop and ask - "WHO THE HECK ARE YOU?! Where's my old kid?" It's amazing that the self confidence just develops on its own and I know you'll see it translate into other areas of their life such as academics and anything else that they're personally responsible in. We really hit the jackpot in bringing our kids here. We moved from Iowa 4 years ago and this was one of the first classes/places that we added to our life in California. Every year this places gives back more to us than we can ever repay. So grateful to of found this gem.

Before going to Inspire Dance I went to a few other local places. When I called to ask questions they were so nice, friendly and patient with me on the phone. Once we walk into the facility the receptionist is so welcoming with a smile. My daughter’s dance teacher is so sweet with her and has so much patients with her as she started classes a little late. Most importantly my daughter loves it and enjoys it very much!
