I wish I could give less than 1 star. Greedy developers and builders. Substandard materials used to build the homes that frequently break. You should pay HOA dues without fail and in return all you get is broken fire-pits, ice cold swimming pools, never know when it fails spa and "not meant for security" front gates that can fail anytime. Don't get tempted by photos or the website description. For the price you pay for a home and the HOA fees you can get better ones and quality HOA services elsewhere. Don't just stay away, but run away from it. Clubhouse is good for nothing. Neighborhood not maintained. Bonus : This area is quite popular and a safe heaven for petty thieves. Stuff delivered at your door-step can disappear with the speed of a light. And then there is vandalism too. You are lucky if your parked car retains the state it is parked in. To the owners and developers: Save me "so sorry for your experience or the likes of it". Heard it too much. Try a different line for a change. Update on 06/24/2022 ------------------------------------ Holly M from Bedford reached out to me and made changes to improve on how they communicate with the HOA, respond to work orders, and get more transparency into landscape maintenance so people can make sure they are getting serviced. Things look a bit better at this time.

Good luck buying a house here! Worst building material and quality even worst after sales service! Moved in 6month 2nd floor squeaking like 60years old house. Every time I have to close my door from garage to home very gently otherwise my whole house is gonna shake . 3weeks ago we hired back yard guy come over to build our back yard they told me that house builder left dirt and concrete in side back yard drain pipe we called builder for repair they sent guy who’s name is Jason with a maintenance man and first thing maintenance man said is”really? Again?”After few mins inspection Jason said will send some one to snake it, 3 weeks later he’s not reply message anymore. I’m so regret to trust the company as our first house! Be careful guys!!!

They have zero interest in selling a home. They wont answer the phone, so when we flew out to California to look at model homes we just went there. The man opened the door and just said repeatedly that we needed and appointment. He wouldnt tell us how to get an appointment. Then he closed the door and left. I guess we will buy a 600,000 home from some other builder. Geeze

Son had us buy one the first time we went to transition to one story
