When my husband and I arrived to pick up our dog, a dog jumped up on the half gate to say hello (not sure if it was her dog or not but that doesn’t make it better), proceeded to grab the dog by the back of the neck and threw it into a kennel. She also cut out dog twice on the nose, one spot by her eye, the other lower down. She didn’t inform us, we had to find out by our dogs discomfort. She also had a major attitude when dealing with us when we first arrived, and ridiculed us for our dog being “matted” which sure, she could have been, she’s a bichon. It’s common. But we were more than willing to pay an additional fee without ridicule. We will mot be returning and neither should you. Not sure how she treats the dogs when their owners aren’t around.

She is certified in health, hygiene and all breed styles. Her grooming goes beyond the "essential" into the exquisite. I have been using her services for almost 20 years.
