Spot price for Copper today is $4.50 per pound. They are paying $2.10 per pound for bare bright. What?! I can understand low prices for steel or even aluminum as it's probably expensive to bring truckloads down the hill, but less than half price for bare bright copper is not good at all. Stick to the basics like cans and bottles - state sets the price and they have to honor it or lose their permits. I wouldn't sell anything else where they are free to set their own prices. They are out to more than double their money. Sheesh Bring the good stuff down the hill if you can

They do not pay top dollar and only pay half of the California AVERAGE rate. And for staff, Carlos was of no real help (my first and only time there) but only barked out what I was doing wrong. I would recommend finding another place to sell scrap metals.

They dont know what type of copper is what. They rip u off by giving u the lower price for dirty copper even if u have the better copper that is more money per pound.

they will take your scrap metal but any other place besides here gives you a better price. unfortunatley there isnt anything closer, make sure to seperate things correctly.
