An absolutely disgusting place. They only care about your money, not your pet. They also represented one of their nurses as if she was a vet. We only later found out because on the website our “vet” was photographed in a blue uniform while all the actual vets were photographed in white and only nurses were in blue. Maybe she became a vet recently, after the photo was taken, but she was extremely ignorant when we spoke with her. All of the other vets in the are are really busy. This place isn’t. There is a reason for it.

Love Heather and the other girls in the office but their prices for just a health certificate so my dog could fly was price gouging. Over $300 for a piece of paper on top of a health exam costing $75 is ridiculous. As if they didn’t make enough off of us in the past two months, they really want to bleed us dry. I would understand raising your exam fees due to high volume, but for a piece of paper that’s ridiculous.

Everyone is friendly and compassionate. Have a major procedure next week and will post how my best friend did. Freddie did great thanks to VCA. Simply a wonderful, caring place for my animals. Dawn was very competent and treated my cat as though he was hers. Made me very comfortable with everything and Freddie loved her.

No help what so ever.. Extremely disappointed. My dog has teeth problems been trying to get in for the last 5 months. Then they call me on a day i cant get there... Wow **Update:** Finally got in. People were lovely and nice. Just wish it didnt take so long. Seems things are calming down finally. You can get in for emergency screenings finally. **u
