The truck doesn’t show up on trash day. Comes next day no holiday and leaves 1 can with trash. Very poor service. If you come a day late you would think they would empty all your trash cans and not leave 1 full of trash on purpose!

Must be nice to be a burrtec driver. Witnessed a driver backing up the street instead of going around the block and talking on his phone all at the same time.

Customer service hung up after wait time of 10 min. Seems difficult to get to agent. Did not tell me when the bill was due on the automated message, just the amount due. That would have been very helpful.

They are a rip off . Paid for service for dumpster and pick up $138. They only picked up 2 times 2 2 weeks . Then took dumpster and didn't call or say why the took dumpster we had to call they said they couldn't leave the dumpster it was unsafe what the hell is that. When you pay for service . Seem that they don't want to work the service just rip you off for money. Then doesn't want to discuss about giving the money back. They hang up on you. Very bad service company will talk with lawyer and take to court. Called 3 times they hang up. Bad service bad customer service don't use this company they are a rip off
