Some staff members need proper training when dealing with people this a hospitality business. The guy at the front desk upon initial check in was very rude and aggressive for no apparent reason. The guy who works with the kitchen staff in the baseball cap needs better training when dealing with guests. He was extremely rude to a family member who has a disability and came late for breakfast he refused them service until a manager stepped in after my uncle corrected him for what he did. Extremely poor behavior on my opinion. People with disabilities should be treated better especially since we are paying guests.

Customer service was great. Staff very helpful. Rooms need a little help. Air conditioning was so loud I had to shut it off at night. Bathroom frequently smelled like cigarette. In fairness, the Staff did offer to change my room. My choice to stay where I was. Staff seemed concerned and assured me that these issues would be addressed. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. We come every year to celebrate our anniversary. The staff is friendly. They make sure you have what you need. The breakfast is good. They offer fruit and coffee throughout the day. It's quite. Nobody disturb you. Very relaxing out on the patio where the fire pit is at. Nice pool for swimming.

Had and amazing weekend April 1st-3rd was in town for an aau basketball tournament. This hotel, and staff went above and beyond. From being checked the Clerk was very patient, and helpful. The kids loved the indoor pool, and we loved sitting around the fire Pit meeting new faces. And the breakfast was hot, we enjoyed it the kids had a little variety of what they wanted for breakfast. The waffle maker was a big hit for my son. Just wish they had some bacon. I’ll be back to stay again. Very Friendly and the big spacious rooms was clean, and nice.
