Went to this location today and found a pair of shoes. Wasn’t too crazy about them but it was my size and plus I needed to use the merchandise card that I had from previously sold items. When it was time to pay for the shoes, I noticed an extra charge, so I asked the cashier what it was and to my surprise she told me that they have a surcharge to pay employees. I said ok, whatever ( the audacity though..) Then she proceeded to tell me that the faxes are not covered by the merchandise card and it’s a CA thing which I know is a lie. This place is a fraud and needs to be investigated. I am already paying employees by selling things for a tiny profit and they still have the audacity to charge extra. What a joke! I guess I ll continue shopping at buffalo exchange and other second hand stores.

All the high-end brands, neatly organized by size. My teens love shopping here- they often find special couture clothes at prices that make it easy to say yes. Also, its fun to find the fancy clothing brands I see in the magazines. It's always busy in here with people buying AND selling super cool outfits and accessories 😎

Just had the worst selling experience in over 2 decades. The buyer didn’t introduce himself by name, wasn’t nice & proceeded to go through my bags of stuff while telling me to step away which is very odd given that this should be an interactive experience since I am handing my stuff over to a stranger .I said ok and stepped away then came back only to see him talk about tv shows the entire time with his other co worker who he was distracting from her own job of a buyer & he was paying maybe 5% attention to my items or his job. Missed a marchesa dress, a dior dress just cuz he was chatting away. After 2 bags of this and Him not taking a single item, I grabbed the rest and told him I am leaving. Terrible experience. Been coming here for 2 decades.
