Parking was plentiful across the street and getting in was easy with an appointment (make sure you have one). Everyone from the doormen to the salesmen treated me with respect and helped me get exactly what I wanted with no pressure whatsoever. I will definitely be back.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. The location not having inventory is not the fault of the staff. Great quality items and import export are difficult. I’ve always had a great experience here. 5/5 stars ⭐️

The staff was really nice. An employee named Jeremy offered free water. When I couldn't find a big enough chain for my house cactus, an employee whose name is Rick told me about Ben Baller. He does great custom chains that can spin and they got great vape pens. Thanks Jeremy and Rick, you guys made my visit to Chrome Hearts special, I will definitely visit again.
