The Key Crew saved my day. I drove down from Ventura to San Diego for an important meeting and during my day somehow my car key came off my key chain and was lost. I had to make it to another important meeting back up in LA, but had no way to get into or drive my car. They Key Crew came out quickly and the technician was very friendly, skilled, and quick. He able to create a key, program the chip in the key, and restore all the features on the key FOB. I was back on the road with a new key and gratitude for the great experience I had with the The Key Crew.

15/10 service. Dorian was able to get both doors unlocked in no time. He was quick, reliable, friendly, and helped me a ton when another locksmith refused to leave. My landlord sung their praises when he recommended them to me and he was absolutely right. I will recommend them to all my friends and family in the area. I had 2 young men show up to deal with our lost keys. It involved removing a steering wheel club, and making a new key for the door and ignition. It should have been easier than it was but since we’ve had the ignition and lock replaced once before, it was quite the ordeal - they had to remove the current lock from the door to figure out what key would work. This took a long time, maybe a little longer than normal since one of the guys was learning from the other, but I felt they were doing their best, were very easy to work with, and just seemed like earnest workers. They were able to solve the problem (which was a great service for us!)
