Amazing service. Had lost my car key on a trip and was able to have a lock smith out to my house in no time. I was worried that they wouldn’t be able to get me a new key because I have such a unique car (2014 scion IQ) but they got something for me without a hitch. They have all the parts but you need to bring the bits of the old one or your car book
They can do it either way but definitely bring vin # and any existing keys. Definitely call as well. Cost depends on key type. .
