I ordered a Pizza and went to pick up and no one came to the window. Rang the doorbell twice and Lady looked at me and never came to the window. Received a call an hour later bit I had already gotten food from somewhere else. Very unprofessional and will not Patronize this business.

After waiting in line for 10 Minutes and no one coming to help me, I had to flag someone down just to acknowledge me at the window. FINALLY someone comes to the window; some rude little girl with a horrible attitude. I told her I was there to pick up my pizza and she very rudely stuck her hand up in frustration and demanded a name, didn’t make eye contact or anything. I told her if she didn’t want to help me I could leave, to which she responded, AGAIN, with a terrible attitude, “fine then”. 😔 The last time we were there our pizzas were so burned they were almost inedible. I gave this location multiple chances but I would avoid this place like the plague.

We'll we tried. Every time we order from this location, it's a disappointment. After the time we waited at the window for 15 minutes until the staff came in from out back reeking of herb we were skeptical but wanted to support a local franchise. This time we arrived after the app said it was ready (over 30 min) and she said they had not even begun to make it. 🙄 We're done.

I ordered pizza through the app and for pickup at the drive through window. I arrived at the store a minute after the app said it would be ready. I first sat at the window for someone to help for 10 minutes. After signing the credit card receipt I waited another 12 minutes for my food. Food was great service at that store is lacking.
