Slowest wait in a drive-thru I have ever been in. Literally haven’t even taken our order yet and there’s a 10 car pile up. Nobody will answer through their headsets. We sat there for 15 minutes with no response so we leave. There’s NO ONE AT THE WINDOW WAITING ON FOOD. Absolutely trash service. Re-train the employees you got or shut this location down. You’re losing money…

Was on a road trip back home, had to sto0 for a bathroom break and of course grab a bite to eat 3 hrs after driving and 3hrs to go. The young African American female was very friendly, polite and courteous. I can tell you, I haven't seen this type of attitude in years especially after the pandemic. There was a long line inside and outside but she handled everyone with ease and patience among the rush hour. The food was not only hot, fresh and delicious but it had good quality. A smile, patience and great customer service goes a LONG WAY!! OH YEAH, THE BATHROOM WAS SPOTLESS.

This location has got increasingly better over the last few months. I’ve eaten here several times and the food is always hot and fresh. On this particular visit a young man named Elijah took my order and he was very pleasant. While I ate I watched as Elijah was asked to do several work related tasks and he did so without any complaints. It seems as if employees like Elijah have vastly improved this Bojangles location.

Worst fast food experience yet. Got 3 piece chicken supreme. Buddy got a large sized chicken sandwich with fries. The large fries only had a small handful in it. No straws, napkins, or dipping sauce. My chicken supremes were freezer burnt tasting and more breading than chicken. Was very horrible experience. Oh and I had to wait 20+ mins in the drive through for it too
