I had the BEST Reflexology Pedicure and Manicure service yesterday from Stephanie at Be Onde Polish (located in the Onde Hair Salon). She was so thorough and gentle that I actually started dosing. My feet felt revived and brand new! I encourage you to definitely try the Reflexology, I didn't realize how much stress can rest in your feet until it was relived through Stephanie's session. The manicure was very meticulous. My nails and cuticle beds look the best they have looked in years. The ambience is bright and uplifting, the massage chair gives a FULL body back and thigh massage while a warm neck wrap relaxes your shoulders. The one on one care without feeling rushed is the icing on the cake. I have definitely found my permanent nail/foot care home! Thank you Stephanie for your excellent care!l

Scheduled an appointment 6 weeks ago, took the day off work to make sure I could be there. 5 days ago they changed my appointment time which I understood and accepted since I had already taken the day off work. This morning they email me canceling my appointment for this afternoon. Strange how they have a 24 hour cancelation policy for clients but they can cancel a couple hours before a scheduled appointment. I understand that things happen, but this seems like an organization and scheduling issue. Leaves a very unprofessional vibe. I will not be scheduling another appointment here.

I am new to Burlington and needed a haircut. After searching different places, I selected Fire Salon. I called and happened to get one of the owners. He recommended that I make an appointment with Laurel for a haircut. She listened to my explanations of what I wanted in cutting my hair. The way that she cut it had never been done before. I can now part my hair on either side of my head, and I’ve got this brand new look! Not for sure how she did it, but I’ve found the best place to get my haircut in the city! Highly recommend her and this place. Very aseptically clean! Ask for Laurel..:) Update: 8/16/2021 Laurel is a great stylist. I’ve used Manny as well. Today, I called and got a last minute appt with him. He is very artistic with his work. You will walk out of the place relieved that you found a guy who takes such pride in his craft and with your air. Call for Manny!

I had an appointment with Laurel for a haircut and she did an absolutely amazing job. She really listened to what I wanted and advised me well in terms of styling, she is phenomenal. And the salon is always clean and welcoming, with an easy check-in and very polite receptionist. Fantastic all around
