Always messes up my address causing me to not get my package, and then blames the person I ordered from, even though it is all ordered from different sites.

Continuous inability to make basic deliveries, quite possibly the worst Fedex location in the entire US. Staggering incompetence. Calling Fedex does nothing because this location ignores any instructions you leave with customer service reps. They continuously lie in their systems, claiming delivery attempts that video evidence and us being at home prove did not occur. At this point I'm pretty sure they are just stealing merchandise. The management of this location should be fired.

My package was marked as delivered but there was no package at the door. We’ve come to the conclusion that fedex stole it. We’re also noticing a trend that they are stealing or atleast trying to open your packages before they deliver them. My husband had some shoes come and the tape on the box was sliced on both sides. My last package was ripped open and the contents were spilled out on my front porch. We dread seeing our stuff go to this place. They are especially bad when it comes around the holiday times. It’s a DEN OF THEIVES.

I work at fedex as delivery driver if you trying to work warehouse i can get that information for you when I get back to station this evening
She should inquire about a number that she can be reached at in case of emergency just as they expect the employees to provide one to them. I am a linehaul contractor and not a company employee but all places should provide one.
I am unfamiliar with the company's procedures for such a dilemma, but I can attest to the fact that most of their employees take their job very seriously and are dedicated to customer and client satisfaction. This company provides a vital service across the globe and with the exception of a few bad apples, has caring and understanding personnel
