overall good staff.. however Nikki, one of the teachers is apparently training to be a assistant so I decided to pull my child out from here due to an incident that occurred.. would not recommend to anyone. Nikki is very rude and has a terrible attitude and is very unprofessional. Not sure that child care is the place for someone like her.

Our son is almost 15 months old (been there since he was 8 weeks old) and I feel like he is leaps and bounds ahead of other children his age in great part to this daycare. I'm the type to worry and micromanage everything but when I drop him off there I know he's in great hands and don't worry a bit. Always created with a hello and a big smile and usually they are dying to get their hands on my child giving him that loving feeling as wanted but couldn't find other places. Always something special done for holidays. Only reason they got 5 stars is because there isn't an option for 6!!!

My 2 year old son has been going to here since he was 1years old. Things turned for the worse when he went to the 2year old class. We have had several incidents where the teachers do not properly supervise the children, and will then lie on the incident reports. I found this out when I would go back and review the tape with Liz, the director, and saw that what was said on the incident report wasn't at all what happen to my son. I have pulled my son out of the this daycare as of March 21, 2018 after a teacher from a different class gave us a note that read "watch the video from Tuesday and Monday." Then the teacher said that my son was being mistreated. Once I watched the video with the director Liz, I saw that my son was being placed in time-out and left there from 15-20minutes, the assistant teacher Nikki(whom is her sister in-law) also PUT MY SON IN TIMEOUT IN THE BATHROOM AND LEFT HIM IN THERE. The footage from Monday showed my son, and other kids, being placed in time out and just left there. Then, I saw where the same teacher Nikki FORCEFULLY pushed my son by his head out of the room when he wasn't moving fast enough. I was so furious!! Liz said it herself that she was upset by what she saw and reassured me that she and the owner Deborah would write up Nikki and the lead teacher Kristen for this and Nikki would also get fired for forcefully putting her hands on my son. That did not at all happen. Deborah, the owner, called me on the phone afterwards and basically made excuses for why Nikki but her hands on my son, and why she also put my son in timeout in the nasty bathroom. Deborah said that they put kids in timeout in the bathroom if they feel the child needs quiet time. She also said that Nikki was frustrated with my 2year old son, totally putting the blame on him. She said that they will take Nikki out of the 2year class because she is overwhelmed, and will make her a "floater". But wasn't going to fire her.This daycare is unprofessional, uneducated, unsanitary,they don't follow a curriculum, and is owned by a women that does not care about the well being of the children in her center.They have lied to me and family on numerous occasions and are clearly okay with teachers bullying and mistreating kids. What happen to my son was disgusting. Every time I think about my son being left in the bathroom and forcefully pushed, hurts me to my core.

I highly recommend Friends Playhouse! Both my children have been going here for a while now and they love it! The teachers and management have always been so sweet and super helpful for anything Ive ever needed. You can feel the love as soon as you walk in the door. Im very peculiar with who my children are around and i know beyond a shadow of a doubt theyre in a loving caring and nurturing environment. They deserve more than 5 stars ❤
