I needed a emergency garage door key for my LiftMaster LED Garage Door Opener system, and Cameron Casey from Precision Garage Door of SD did a really excellent job on this. He was on time, and completed the job quickly and efficiently and gave me step-by-step instructions on how to operate the mechanism and reset it. He also had a pleasant and very helpful manner that I very much appreciated, so I will definitely use this company again for tune ups and any problems that might arise in the future. Precision Garage Door was the ONLY garage door company among many that I contacted who came to my rescue over the the weekend before, when I needed help getting back into my garage when I was locked out. My garage door torque rod and spring were getting stiff and my old motor was going out. Matthew Gisbert from Precision notified me before coming, arrived on time, and gave me several quotes for several different products and configurations. He was never pushy with anything and was very respectful. When I finally chose an option, he went to work right away and finished the big job in under 2 hours. Lifetime warranty and everything— overall happy that I went with Precision and grateful for Matt’s professionalism.

I am extremely pleased with my new door. The company is great!!! I called because I couldn’t get my garage to open. It was an old heavy door that was consistently giving me problems. So rather than repair the old door, I decided to go ahead and get a new one. I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s a beautiful door and I got the opener too. It’s so quiet! I absolutely love it. The service was great…. The came out to look at my door the very next morning after I had called. One week later I had a brand new door! Service was very fast and professional. The installer was right on time and very efficient. Even cleaning off finger prints from inside and outside of door. It looks amazing and couldn’t be happier!

Thank you, Pro-Tech! This is a top-notch high-quality service run by trustworthy, ethical, honest good working people. A 5-star experience well earned. Our garage door broke in the middle of the operation and crumpled in its place. Pro-Tech came out and replaced the entire assembly and fixed everything we ever disliked about our garage door. The new garage door is way more secure with the automatic deadbolt when it closes. The garage is more insulated than I ever thought possible. All of the parts are new and tuned perfectly. The opening and closing are silent; the only thing you hear is the forceful thud of the deadbolt locking itself when the door closes. I had no idea I could be so happy with a garage door. Sam and Tim were available right away. I called a couple of companies, and most did not even call me back, but even those who did were not prepared to take action right away. Sam came out to my house immediately to help me get the garage door repaired and earned a lifetime of referrals from me, my family, and friends.
