We LOVE our new garage doors. We first met Fred who is both very professional and knowledgeable. He stepped us through the process and presented options within our budget and invited us to see doors at their (very nice) showroom. There was a pandemic-caused delay in getting our doors made but that's been the norm for quite a while. Then there were delays on our end due to other construction going on at our house. Radford was very patient about that. Then superstar Daniel came out to do the installation. Also very professional and knowledgeable. A nonstop worker. The fit and finish is perfect. He cleaned up everything when he was done. EVerything works great. Love the wifi access. Highly recommend Radford. No disclaimer here ... I have NO affiliation at all with the company. They are simply excellent at what they do.
