Please stay away. This place is trash. I checked in what supposed to be a non-smoking room. When I got in, the room was smelly and run-down/outdated. The smoke detector was completely ripped off from the wall. The sheets looked dirty. This place is very noisy because I realized many families live there on a short term basis. There are a bunch kids running around past 1 AM, which a serious safety concern. After so much disturbance and the unbearable smell, I went back to the front desk about 45 mins later to check out. I asked for a refund, they didn't want to honor that. The standard at this hotel is disappointingly low. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

Lobby looked nice enough, but everywhere else smelled like "mold". Sheets had weird colored stains and the sinks were clogged. The coffee maker in the rooms and rust in it. The price of the room is higher than the quality of effort put into the rooms. But breakfast was pretty good. If you need a 1 or 2 night stay, this is pretty good. I wouldnt stay here again though

We decided late in the evening to stop to rest instead of driving the rest of the way home And we're glad to find a comfort suites to stay in. We were surprised at the smell of the hotel as we walk through but it didn't bother us enough to report it. We were on the first floor, which always means a slightly different experience than higher up but the room was clean we got a good night's sleep and were able to get on the road refreshed the next morning.

Hallways smelled of some type of mold, every-time we got ice it always came out with pieces of something on it. Room was not bad besides the TV not having signal most the time. Shower was stopped up. I’ve stayed in much better UPDATED hotels in Charlotte for around the same price we paid here. Next time we will most definitely take the 40 minute drive instead of staying around this area, did not enjoy anything about this stay.
