Do you like the spontaneity of not knowing what you'll get because it definitely won't be what you ordered? Do you like disgusting food with hair in it? Enjoy the parking lot where 95% of our employees will be smoking, listening to aggressive trap music, staring at customers with ill intent and just disappearing for long periods of time while one person is totally confused on the concept of your order, customer service, or the concept of what food is all together. Yes come to Kings Mountain Taco Bell where our motto is ....what do you want?

We have been coming to this establishment for years. It's had its ups and downs, but now its a joke. Zero customer service. They won't even take your order anymore. They want you to use the stupid touch screens and you will wait to get your drink cup after you remind them you purchased one. Fountain drinks are always hit or miss and food is carelessly put together. No even a hello or thank you. We are no longer customers.

I drive all over NC and eat Taco Bell multiple times a week. It’s sad that the one 5 minutes from my house is the worse one in the state. Evening crew is horrible and can’t get orders out the window and when they do they leave food out that you ordered. Manager needs replaced with someone that will train their crew to be better. They’re obviously a failure.

They fail to properly prepare my order every time I visit. A supreme taco has tomatos... and they NEVER put them on all of them. Sometimes I get things I didn't order. Sometimes I get burritos that have some ingredients on one end, the rest on the other. They are in serious need of new management and training.
