For all that is holy, do not stay here. I booked two nights in a “non-smoking” room. The smell was so bad I could not sleep. Also, they allow homeless personnel to stay in the breezeways of the hotel and they were present during my stay right around the corner of my room. I don’t have anything against them, but it added to the uncomfortable feeling of being there. The walkways are painted concrete and do not have a non-skid texture on them. I almost slipped and fell every time I left the room. I also read a review where an elderly woman slipped and injured herself, and ultimately the staff laughed at her when she reported the instance. I did not sleep and checked out early due to not being able to sleep with the intense smell of cigarette smoke and cheap air freshener. I asked if I would receive any refund for the second night and they replied no because I booked the room through a third party. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone under any circumstances. I guarantee you will be better off sleeping in your car.

Service was whack.. thought we was getting a double bed room. Come to find out it was a full bed(two twin size put together) had to get refund because my kid was not sleeping on the floor. Lied an said there was a couch in the room. Front desk clerks had an attitude, and acted like they could not process refund. It was a mess. Smh .

We were going to be late for arrival I called and the guy made sure I was ok. The rooms are very clean and roomy. Whenever we are going to K.M. we will be staying here. The prices are very affordable. Loved it.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. The man at the front desk "Joe" was extremely rude to me and other customers. I booked two nights online. When I checked in, he asked for a $60 deposit which was never mentioned anywhere on the website. After paying the deposit, I entered my room and started inspecting it. The walls were filthy, the floors were filthy, and the bathroom was also filthy. My room was a non smoking room, yet I could smell smoke. The only thing that looked clean was the bedsheets. The door had a complete inch wide gapalong the side and bottom so you might as well assume bugs come and go as they please. I debated staying or not and decided not to after being there for 30 minutes. When I went to the front desk, Joe would not refund me for the night. At first he said because of how many hours I had been there. When I told him I hadnt even been there for even one hour, his story changed to a 20 minute policy. Then he proceeded to tell me that the room was usually $100 per night and that I had gotten a deal, which is hysterical. As rude as this guy was, I just let him charge me one night so I could get my deposit back and leave before I got too mad. This place is abysmal. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hotel and this jerk.
