WENT TO PICK UP MY PIZZA 3 TIMES AT DRIVE-THRU WINDOW NO ONE CAME TO GIVE ME MY ORDER!! THEY WERE SITTING OUTSIDE AT THE SIDE DOOR OF THE BUILDING!! CALLED TO CORPORATE & THEY SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK! STILL HAVEN'T CALLED!! NEVER GOT ORDER NO ONE WOULD COME TO THE WINDOW!! NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE AT THE LOCATION!! THIS LOCATION HAS ALWAYS HAD BAD SERVICE!! COLD FOOD/CUSTOMER SERVICE A ZERO!! JUST THINK SHAQ IS DOING THE commercials for Papa John's he needs to remove his name from the brand until service and quality steps up so disappointed!!! FREEDOM DRIVE LOCATION CHARLOTTE NC!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY!! #STOPTHEBADSERVICE OR #CLOSELOCATION IT STARTS AT THE HEAD!!! IF THE DISTRICT MANAGER ISN'T DOING ANYTHING OR CORPORATE THEN THE STAFF AT THE STORE ISN'T GOING TO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE/ GOOD FOOD!!! I WILL BE CALLING BBB NEXT!! PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO SUPPORT RESTAURANTS BUT WE ALSO HAVE TO GET WHAT WE PAY FOR!!!!! QUALITY/CUSTOMER SERVICE/EXCELLENT FOOD!! OR WE CAN COOK AT HOME & SAVE!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Your only option for picking up pizza is via drive through. If that’s the policy, I understand. However, I do not understand an associate yelling “WINDOW” instead of politely informing customers they are not allowed to pay for or pick up orders in the restaurant.

When I received my order the box which was supposed to contain a small pizza was empty. The chicken wings also arrived in a cardboard box with no foil. They were just sitting floating around freely in this cardboard box without any sanitary lining and arrived cold. When I called the restaurant to inquire about what happened I was greeted by an incredibly rude and unfriendly associate. When I asked if they could fix my order she abruptly told me “We’re closed”. When I inquired about a refund and asked how the error happened, this associate became frustrated and hung up on me mid conversation. It took me calling back three times for her to pick up the phone and an incredibly rude tone of voice tell me that I would get a refund automatically. This customer service was absolutely despicable and left much to be desired. As a loyal customer for both personal use as well as corporate use weekly for our business, I expect much better than what I received tonight. When errors occur, customer service needs to take full responsibility and accountability and fix the issue. Hanging up on your customer and talking to them in a rude and condescending tone of voice is not the answer.

I’ve never got anything nasty from papa johns til today I started to take it back but I had to pick my kids up this was rediclous and the wings was supposed to be chipotle they barely have any sauce why are the wings not tossed

Currently on hold for 6min 45sec, they app says "estimated time 13minutes ago" but is still "making"....
You should call them directly and ask, however, it's very unlikely that they will answer the phone.
