Very rude employees at the USCIS call center. You have to wait 30mins and more for each time you call to speak to someone. Many times when the wait time is up, they hang up the phone without even speaking with you. Today after several attempts was finally able to get hold of someone, this time they hanged up on me in the middle of the call, without letting me finish my questions. Been trying to make an info pass appointment for several month. First service number the wait to receive an call back to set up an appointment is 30 days, after 45 days, no call from them. Second service number the wait is 72 hrs, this time they called the next day only once, but I was occupied, was not able to get their call. Called them back, this time the wait for a call back is another 30 days. Each time you call, the rep will tell you something different. Most of the time they are very rude, and unhelpful. It is unbelievable how bad these USCIS call center employees treats people. If you are expecting a call from the USCIS to set up an info pass appointment, make sure you have the phone with you at all times and drop everything you are doing to pick up the phone. Be alert at all times during the 30 days waiting period, that's if you are lucky to even get an call back from them, because if you miss their call once, you will have to call them for a new request, and wait for another 30 days or more. Ridiculous!

Super helpful staff. They even called me to confirm that my documents came in before the appointment. I also love that they hire people with visible disabilities. Everyone we came in contact with at this office has been knowledgable, kind and helpful.

Bad experience. Worst customer service. My husband waiting for just schedule him oath of ceremony for 4 months, and this delays without any reason. When he calls and ask about his case, all people who answered him not able to provide any reason for his delay and all of them answered ( don’t know)! He asked to meet with supervisor or someone who can give answer for his questions, but are not able to provide this service. During this hard time, USCIS especially this location make us to live with very stressful and derepression in addition to our stress that we have because of COVID.

She should get an info pass appointment and get an extension. However, the best thing would have been to do it before the I-90 expired. Nevertheless, she can call the USCIS phone number and schedule an info pass appointment.
I sent it 6 years ago, and nothing, I think because of the pandemic this is going to last
