This place is huge and very clean! Not like any other equipment place I've seen. More like a showroom! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had a difficult time getting warranty work done. I asked for a quote on replacing a motor. When I called to verify it was still good , I got a quote that was $3000 more., it was an after market motor not a cat motor. When I asked why they were not nice and told me that's what I asked for . It wasn't when they got me the right quote for a cat motor it was the original price quote. Freightliner is doing the repairs . They were professional from the start.

What happened to Hawthorne CAT? I have been waiting on Training for quite some time, I have had to wait long time for simple parts. The admin. seems to be complacent.

Unfortunately cat changed a few suppliers a couple years ago and it's been a very slow transition, what kind of training are you talking about.

Yes... but most of Hawthorne Cats employees park on the street during 5am to 6pm during the week.
