This has to be the worst company on the planet. They bought palomar water which I loved and now they absolutly stink to the worst level. They have a card on file and they keep sending my late payment message. I log in and go to pay it and their system wont take a payment, no mesage just does NOTHING, i have called on the phone 3 times and still cant get them to to take their payment. Wait times are long, online portal is no good, no one answers the chat, but they send you messages your payment is late. I really have no clue as to how are in business.

I didn’t have TOO many issues when I first signed on for ReadyRefresh. I had issues, but at least customer service would answer/get back to me. I moved to a new location and ever since then Ive tried for MONTHS to cancel my subscription after repeated horrible service. They would not only ROYALLY mess up my order when I did actually order order from them, but then they would also keep sending orders I didn’t order and charge me for them. And then when I would ask them to come get it they said they would but they would have to charge me for it LOL. When I would try to call/ email/ contact through the app, I would get zero responses. I then contacted my bank to try to get them to stop charging me for the air they are selling me and six months later I’m still struggling. Might have to just cancel my card solely due to ReadyRefresh and their horrible service. :(

Don't walk, RUN away from this company!!! I wish I could give out negative stars; this is possibly the WORLD'S WORST COMPANY I've ever dealt with. Like other reviewers have said, we used to get water delivered from Palomar Water. ReadyRefresh (owned by evil Nestle) took over and immediately the prices increased, customer service disappeared, and the quality changed. There is ZERO customer service. You can't cancel service through the website, nor can you cancel auto-pay. You can't remove your payment information either. They say you have to call customer service for that, but conveniently when you do, no one picks up. Instead you get a message that says they can't handle the volume of calls. So your next option is to try their chat feature on the website, which is broken. The button literally goes nowhere. Next you can try to send them a message through the website. It took them 7 days to respond to my SECOND attempt, no idea what happened to my first message. They can cancel or postpone deliveries on you last minute no problem, but heaven forbid you try to cancel or skip your deliveries in anything less than a month's time because that is apparently how long of a runway you need to make it through all the hoops they've set up. ReadyRefresh is an awful company and so is Nestle. Can't wait to be rid of them. We're using Primo water now through Costco. Good riddance. Update (April 2022) I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get them to stop charging us. Even though they say they can deliver to you within 3 days as a new customer or making changes to your order, when I gave them 2 weeks notice before our next scheduled delivery that we wanted to canceled they STILL dropped off the bottles. Then they insisted that we had to empty the bottles before they would pick them up which meant they would also charge us for them. Finally they picked up the unwanted emptied bottles after continually calling and emailing and trying to submit messages through the site. Our last charge was late January and the bottles stopped...for a while. Skip to this April night when I JUST received an email saying my payment was processing and our delivery would arrive soon. They DO NOT LET YOU remove your payment information from their site (unless you add a new one in its place), holding your card hostage forever, so they still have my card on file and have decided to start charging me again.

I rarely give out 1 star but geez Louise, I can only take so much. I used to get my water from Palomar Water but when ReadyRefresh, which is owned by Nestle, took over. All aspects of service declined almost immediately. Their customer service is non-existent. You can't call because they can't handle the volume of calls apparently, and when you write them online as they prefer you do. It takes them 4 business days to acknowledge that you've written and another 5-7 business days to answer. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Recently they stated that someone at my company rejected a water delivery and I know for a fact this is not true. At my house on more than one occasion they've showed up a day after the schedule I'm given and one time they cancelled same day, and were going to wait until the following cycle / month to resume delivery with no explanation. Then there was the month I got triple charged and they took 22 days to sort it out. So, as of Monday both my home and business accounts are going to be cancelled. Completely unreliable! Nestlē should be ashamed to own a company like this.

Thats most likely a scam. Ive gotten the same offer before also the company is not own by nestle anymore. Anything nestle related is not affiliated with Readyrefresh anymore
You can get receipt online through your account or, when your delivery gets to your location you can request a delivery receipts.
