This store at Battleground has the best manager ever. The manager, Mr.Gary, is very amazing and helpful. I shop at this store a lot and I have seen him working at sales floor and asking customers if they need help and several times I needed something and helped me a lot ,he goes beyond expectation. Last time I bought a riding lawn mower after it was delivered i found out it had a problem I went to store when i explained to him about the problem , immediately he arranged for exchanging it for us. I appreciate him for his excellent customer service and awesome management.

Customer service at this location is horrible. You can never get anyone on the phone. They delivered two large appliances to my house a couple of weeks ago and I noticed they charged nearly $200 for chords we didn’t get. I’ve been trying to reach someone by phone for weeks because I work all day and can’t get up to the store to ask about refunding the materials. My husband asked the delivery driver where the three chords were we were charged for and they said they had no idea they just were there for the delivery and haul away. They cancelled are last appliance out the blue and then rescheduled it three weeks later out of the blue without talking to us. When I tried to call ti see why they rescheduled it without our consent I couldn’t get an answer the phone just rings and rings. I wouldn’t recommend doing business green awful experience !

Big thanks to Isaac for helping us with buying a gas grill. We picked one out front. He had to change the wheel on it which was bad and my son in law brought it to our house. We opened the lid, I looked inside and realized it had no bottom and missing several other pieces . Well, I sent my son in law home and we went back to Lowes and found Isaac, he was very apologetic and said he would check with his supervisor on what to do. His Supervisor wanted him to ask what was missing and give us the parts. I'm almost 70 and Hubbie 81. No way we could put the parts on it. We were hot, tired and it was 98 degrees out . Victor, his supervisor came over, apologized and said he would send a complete grill to our home with a supervisor and pick up the incomplete one tomorrow. He was very nice. We were very happy with their help and service and thanked them very much. Thank you very much" Isaac "and "Victor' for being so kind and helping us out. We have bought our appliances, and garage opener, etc at Lowe's and 99.9% of the time have been very satisfied with their services.

I needed to buy weed killer for our new lawn and even after I read too many pro tips online and all that did was make me more confused as to what product my yard needed best so I went to Lowe’s. I entered into the garden center and a gentleman came right up to me and asked if I needed help. I told him my situation and we walked and talked about my yard and he recommended Spectracide weed killer for lawns including crabgrass. I took his word and I was out of the store in 15 minutes. I used the product and couldn’t be happier. Service was incredible which hasn’t always been the case but I definitely recommend the garden center staff/products at this location. They are a joke. Customer Service actually called me about a pick up I had done a month previous. Told them all the trouble I had and then mentioned another problem that I've had for 8 months. She was happy to get away from me and I was transferred to a manager. He had no idea why I was on the line so I got to explain all over again what I had explained to Customer service. I had previously explained this to several other associates and 2 different managers in the previous months.Every one said they would get back to me. So did this one. I have yet to hear from any of these people. I have contacted Lowes headquarters in the past and never received a response. I have learned that when I purchase something from Lowes, that unless I want to physically return the product if needed, to not expect any kind of customer service. At one time, I would average around $1,000 a month at Lowes. I'm down to a little over $100 now and am trying to find places to spend that and eventually boycott Lowes
I am having the same problem!! Hanging up and calling again does not make a difference.
