The service advisor Hunter is the best. They had 2 advisors who were extremely rude. The one who sat by Eric was a smart mouth rude punk with no respect. Hunter is the one you want to see. He cares and he helps people. The mechanic shop is super clean. If you want to buy a used car, go see Dean, he is a super non pushy guy. Very respectful as well.

This dealership makes you feel so comfortable.I tried 2 years prior to get out of my vehicle which I owed more than it was valued. Lipton Toyota made my transition very smooth In a few minutes I was out of the old and into the new. Devon did the best job of ensuring I got a vehicle I loved at a great price. Didn’t haggle or suggest more expensive style. I highly recommend this place

Love this place, they make the other Toyota dealers look like amateurs. They resolved all my requests and issues and everyone was so nice on arrival! Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, the staff there Rey, and another gentleman with a beard even sped up the process of scanning the parts once I said I need to go straight to work. Here’s the story: I went to another dealer for parts. Instead of handing me the transmission oil pan, I was given the engine oil pan, even after I explained and showed pictures!! Drove back to the mechanic to realize this, and right back to the dealer; what a waste of time. This was Saturday afternoon and worst if all I paid cash and they wouldn’t refund my money. Some strange policy in place requiring them to write a check that won’t be ready until the following Friday. But that’s no problem because money grows on trees 😡, and I don’t need another $200 to purchase the RIGHT parts for my car repairs. Of course the transmission parts for my vehicle is not in stock and on “back order”, meaning it wont arrive until the next week. Which is also okay because I don’t need my car to get to work. They checked a location in Kendall that had it in stock. I called them and they said yes come we have the part. I replied Kendall is 45 minutes driving with no traffic can you double check in your warehouse if the part is on the shelf. Of course it wasn’t. After calling 3 other locations no one had it. Lipton was the first location that mentioned there’s 2 different kinds of pans for this transmission. Makes me further frustrated, because if the other dealers would’ve given me the wrong part for the second time would haven been devastating. Thank you again Lipton Toyota
