Very dissatisfied with their customer service. Not nice nor thorough with their answers. I asked her to explain why I had the epermit status as "finish", if she is telling me that she sees "issued". She had a nasty answer with attitude that did not explain the reason why.

The worst place in the county , they have you waiting in 6 lines before pulling a permit . I visited here 20 times in 3 weeks - 1month for 1 permit for a driveway and seems like they are very unorganized here . Broward county is the worst county for everything . The employee suck . They are slow about everything . Be prepared to wait 4-5 hours Everytime .. Good luck coming here .

Broward County Building Code Services has permitting jurisdiction for properties in Unincorporated Broward County. A permit is required to replace a window. Permit fees are 1.85% of the job value.
